Shipping

1.    All orders placed before 4PM IST will be shipped out by next business day. We work Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 7PM

2.    Our primary shipping partners are Delhivery and Blue Dart. For remote pincodes, we use DTDC.

3.    If you wish to cancel a placed order, please reach out to us as soon as possible via the contact us page.

4.    If you notify us on the same day , we would be able to cancel your order. Cancellations for late notifications will be processed on a best efforts basis.

5.    Refunds will be processed with 5-7 working days directly to your original payment mode.

6.    It may not be possible to cancel orders that are already shipped. 

Shipping

  1. If you have received a damaged/defective unit, please contact us immediately after receipt.
  2. We also recommend taking an unboxing video while opening the package
  3. If your item was damaged during transit or DOA (Dead-on-arrival), our liability will be limited to providing a replacement unit to the original buyer

Warranty - Overview

The warranty coverage for your product starts from the day of order. The coverage period depends on the product category

  • Your warranty covers the product against any manufacturing defect. Malfunction or issues arising out of physical damage, water / liquid damage or reckless usage are not covered under the warranty.
  • The applicable coverage period is as follows:
    • Wired/Wireless Keyboards : 12 Months
    • All Gaming Controllers: 6 Months
    • PC Peripherals: 12 Months 
    • Converters and adapters : 6 Months
    • PC Cooling Products : 36 Months
    • All other items: 12 months
  • In order to claim your warranty, you would need to contact us using our support page. You will also need to provide valid proof of purchase.
  • Any Warranty Claims after the DOA period will be processed on a mail-in basis. Valid warranty claims registered via our support team will be provided a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation code). 
  • Once we receive your unit with a valid RMA code, Ninjadog Solutions LLP will be responsible for :

    •  Repairs to the defective unit and return shipment at no cost to the user
    • If repairs are not feasible, an equivalent replacement would be shipped to the user
    • User would be responsible for bearing the costs of return shipment if device is not defective/ in the event of issues with user end
  • We reserve the right to refuse warranty claims if the defect on the unit is determined to be on account
  • Physical damage on the unit
  • Signs of physical tampering
  • Misuse/ liquid damage. 
  • Unauthorized firmware uploads

Returns, Refunds & Warranty - Details

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

 Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Ninjadog Solutions LLP
    ● “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
    ● “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
    ● “Service” refers to the Website.
    ● “Website” refers to the website hosted at https://ninjadog.in
  • You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel any order prior to dispatch.

You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 5 days from the day of cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order.  The total refund amount will be proceed after excluding any bank charges/ fees associated with the payment.

 DOA/ Transit Damage Replacement

 While all our products are full QC tested, In an unlikely event that you receive a DOA (Dead-on-arrival) or damaged item, you can raise a replacement request with us subject to the following condition.

  • DOA / Damage claims must be raised within 1 day of the product receipt
  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods have not been subjected to any misuse. 
  • The Good have not incurred damage on account of buyer abuse/ mishandling
  • Goods that have been used in non-compliance with the usage instructions
  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We strongly recommend taking an unboxing video with a clear view of the sealed package after you receive your package.

Incompatibility with buyer equipment/ Change of Mind

Ninjadog Solution LLP liability will be limited to replacing the DOA/damaged product with a replacement unit(s) of the same ) or equivalent( product..

We normally do not entertain refund requests for reasons like post purchase change of mind or incompatibility with customer equipment unless said incompatibility is on account of incorrect specifications/ technical description on the website/product details page.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

 Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

 Warranty Rights

If your product malfunctions due to any manufacturing defect during the applicable warranty period, you are entitled to raise a warranty claim.

The company would be responsible for fixing the malfunction or issue an exact or equivalent replacement in lieu of the malfunctioning product.

Please do not return the item(s) to us without obtaining a RMA (Return merchandise authorization ) ID from our support team
