GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS

  1. We ship only domestic orders within India.  For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered and reputable domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.
  2. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
  3. NINJADOG SOLUTIONS LLP is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-2 business days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
  4. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. For any issues in utilizing our services you may contact our helpdesk on support@ninjadog.in

RETURN SHIPPING/ TRANSIT DAMAGE

  1.  In the event of a package getting returned undelivered due to incorrect address/ phone number entry by buyer on the order/ checkout form, our liability will be limited to refunding the original payment after deduction of the  shipping/logistics charges incurred for the forward and return delivery.
  2. Transit damage/ DOA (Dead-on-arrival) products/ Incorrect Product delivery: In the unlikely event that the buyer receives a faulty/ damaged product, the seller (Ninjadog Solutions LLP) would be liable to cover the cost of return shipping (limited to ₹ 100 per kg ) and for the costs of delivering replacement to the buyer
    • We strongly recommend  capturing an unboxing video with a clear view of the original  and sealed package  after receipt.
  3. Return claims for transit damage/DOA/Faulty product must be raised within 1 day of package receipt. Any fault / defect claims subsequent to this would fall under the applicable warranty policy   

WARRANTY PERIOD SHIPPING/ REVERSE SHIPPING

  1.  If your product develops a fault pertaining to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, you can avail the warranty by obtaining a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization code) by contacting our support team via email/ whatsapp/ phone
  2. The costs for shipping/transit for in-person delivery to our service centres will be borne by the purchaser
  3. The cost of return shipping the repaired/replaced product to the buyer will be borne by us (Ninjadog Solutions LLP) during the warranty period
  4. Logistics Costs for any repair requests after the warranty period will be borne by the purchaser
  5. We reserve the right to raise charges pertaining to return shipments for invalid warranty claims
